Our headquarters is based in Boston, but we have offices across 7 different states. Before opening up this business, all of us, the board members that is, had years of management and operational experiences in the logistics industry.
When we work with a client, we first review current operations and process of the organization and provide solution to make the process more efficient. Almost every process has room to improve. We identify that part and work towards improving it. We provide solutions to all the areas of warehouse systems, including materials handling, procurement, inventory management, cost measurement, stock locations, cost measurement, etc.
All our clients have unique ways of doing business. We analyze each client’s warehouse management systems and present our ideas clearly. We even propose the implementation time and cost. We use CAD for designing layouts, racking configuration, logistics resource planning, etc. of the proposed system.
